About Us
Bakery Hill is a retail bakery located inside the Midwest Culinary Institute. Our cake department is headed by Moe Thie, former owner of Virginia Bakery. Moe is a Certified Decorator, and frequently serves as a judge for national cake competitions. Moe comes to Midwest Culinary Institute with over 15 years experience in creating beautiful, and tasty wedding cakes.

At Bakery Hill, we offer wedding cakes, grooms cakes, celebration and specialty cakes. We create custom cakes, so each cake will be specially created for you, and will be exactly what you want.

Since we are also a retail bakery outlet, we can also accept orders for pies, petit fours, cupcakes, bread, and other pastries.
