Payment Options

Cincinnati State accepts student payments in the following ways:

1. Payments can be made in person at the Cashier’s office window in the form of cash, check, or money order. Checks should be payable to Cincinnati State, with the student’s name or identification number in the memo section. There is a drop-box with envelopes located next to the Cashier’s Office for your service in making check payments after hours.
2. Payments can be made online in the form of credit card or electronic check. Credit card and electronic check payments may be made online through MyCState. A 2.5% service charge is assessed for all credit/debit card payments. American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted. Electronic checks are also accepted as a no-cost option.  There is no service fee for electronic check payments, and answers to frequently asked questions about e-check can be found here. Credit card and electronic check payments are not accepted in the Cashier’s Office.

Past-Due Balances

For balances that are past due, contact the Student Accounts Office at (513) 569-1580, and press 2.
