Knife Skills with Senior Master Chef Instructor John Kinsella; Roasting and Braising with Chef Robert Coltrane

Dice, slice, chop and chiffonade in the morning Knife Skills session with Chef Kinsella. Then put those skills to use in the afternoon with Chef Coltrane for a session on Roasting and Braising. This boot camp is a prerequisite for the Masters Series beginning January 2009. Beginners: $110 (lunch included)
