Vegetarian Boot Camp

This all day intensive camp will focus on the basics: stocks, grains and sauce recipes. Then incorporating those into dish and meal concepts. All recipes are vegan, but camp will include discussion of eggs and dairy. Great for omnivores, too! Beginners $110
