A great time tasting through the wines and coming up with a menu that we believe you will enjoy. The dinner begins at 6:30pm at the Summit where complimentary Valet parking is provided. The cost of the dinner is $70.00 plus gratuity and tax payable that evening following the entrée.

Second Course: 2008 Vitiano Bianco with Poached Salmon, Coconut Basmati Cake and Orange Broccoli
Third Course: 2007 Vitiano Rosso with Pheasant Breast, cranberry, Fennel and Steel Cut Oats
Fourth Course: 2005 Allegrini Palazzo Della Torre AND Vietti Barbera d”Asti Tre Vigne with Beef Ribeye, Polenta, Proscuitto, Rapini, and Procini Mushrooms
