First Course:  2009 Elsa Biachi Torrontes with Maine Lobster, Lemongrass, Passion Fruit & Mung Bean
 
Second Course:  2007 Kaiken Cabernet Sauvignon with Seared Atlantic Salmon, Pork Shoulder, Kale & Adobo.
 
Third Course:  2007 Catena Malbec and 2007 Cahors with Venison Loin, Hatch Chili, Currants, Mole & Mint.

Fourth Course:  2006 Norton Privada with Short Rib of Beef, Egg Noodles, Shallot, Mustard & Creme Fraiche.

Dessert:  2008 New Age White and 2009 Norton Cosecha Tardia ith Tres Leche, Goat Cheese, Orange &Pink Peppercorn.....Banana & Pineapple.
